Penny was
a very approachable and communicative facilitator who is extremely
knowledgeable in her area of expertise. The workshops were taught in a clear
and professional manner and were said to be as amusing as they were
informative. The participants found the workshops to be very effective both in
the physical and theoretical aspects.”
